Headlight and cluster light issue

Headlight and cluster light issue
my current issue is that during the day my cluster light is on and at night when i turn my headlights on my cluster light turns off, and when the car is running and headlights are on, then i turn it off, the headlights just flicker and i hear the main relay click
any ideas where to start looking?
