Default Difference between 98 - 2000

Whats different for a D16Y8 that came out of a 98 Honda Civic ex and going into a 2000 Honda Civic ex what’s all going to be different like plug wise?

98 is odb2a and 2000 is obd2b Distributor plug will be different, that's about it. What ecu you planning on running? The one off the 98 or 00. Stick with the 00 ecu.
