I need to replace my catalytic converter for my 1994 Honda Del Sol S
I need it to pass California inspection. I have a guy that can do it but he needs to know if the catalytic converter is welded. Does it come welded?

Because there is both non welded which will have bolt holes like this:

I have a car that has an "H" emblem on the trunk but not on the hood. Can someone tell me if it's a Hyundai or a Honda. Thanks in advance

Why can't you pass in Cali right now? Is it b/c you do not have a cat currently installed? Or is it b/c you are failing emissions?
