HI Tanks for the add

I bought a 2000 Integra LS 5spd It had a real bad misfire it seems to be getting better but I can't seem to pinpoint the real issue.. check engine light only pulls up the code for the fuel pressure reg seal.. I've changed thus far:
Fuel Pump, Fuel filter, Fuel pressure reg. Injectors, also drained the gas tank and used 93 when I filled up and an octane booster, Spark plugs and wires, coil, rotor cap, battery, valve cover gasket, checked the timing and it's TDC (top dead center) and used the timing gun and it was at 16 which I was also told it was the right number for the timing of the car.. at least that's what I was told. I also cleaned the Throttle body as best as I can and scrubbed it with a tooth brush (crap was super dirty) engine has 200k. I don't know what else to check or do please if there's any suggestions Please let me know thanks in advance..

jdmark1. I haven't done a compression test yet I'm waiting on my friend to swing by today and see if its good.. However I have turn the car on and pulled the spark plug wires and the car stalls but does not turn off unless I keep the plug disconnected I have removed it the car stalls and I have put it back Im sure that's not the way to check for compression but Im hopping when he shows up the car compression is good.. In the event that is not good... what needs to be done? pull the engine out and to take it to the shop?

Unplug the neg battery for a few mins and also unplug the ECU. Plug them back in and it will clear any stored codes for the misfire. Get the engine to run and check each injector if its spraying, simply unplug the injector plug and see if the engine starts to stall if it does plug it back in and check the next one, if you unplug one injector and nothing changes that means that injector is not firing causing a misfire, also the same test pulling the spark plug wires will point which cylinder is misfiring. If you find which cylinder is not firing try either swapping out a different injector or spark plug wire to see if the misfire moves from the swap.

I've tried that before checking the injectors, I ended changing the injectors I had one not closing or not working at all.. I also changed the spark plugs again, but I have not cleared any codes by unplugging the battery or and the ECU. I will do that here shortly so that It deletes any stored codes.. someone told me I might need a valve adjustment.. IDK.. if that could be the cause of the issues I'm having..

Yea you can always check the valves if they are tight or loose, it will deff run smoother after a valve lash adjustment its not that hard either.

They told me to do it on my own but all the videos I've watched on how to do it. it does look easy and simple enough, however I don't have that tool for me to know if I'm tightening them properly or too much.. I'm hopping its something simple and not that I have an issue with my head gasket..

no there's no codes they have left on there own when they have popped up.. which the codes have been the P0172 system running rich, and it pulls up that the gasket on the fuel pressure reg is leaking or something like that.. which is not that's a new part and for ***** and giggles I have replaced the gasket since its a 2dollar part.. but nothing the misfire you can feel it on low idle when you get on the car it has no power it hesitates and it sputters almost as if it was out of timing or bad spark plugs..

codes : P0172= Fuel system too rich bank 1
P1457= evap system leak detected (canister area),
P0170= fuel metering B1 out of spec

but the care check engine light turned off on its own..

Make sure your Mechanical timing is not off, check to see if the crank pulley lines up to the arrow and your cam gears line up at TDC. Try a new O2 sensor on bank 1
Also did you replace the fuel pressure regulator or just the O ring?
