Did you use a gravity feed bleed or pump the master cylinder during bleed? If you used the pump method on the master cylinder you may have damaged the cylinder itself by pushing the plunger farther into the cylinder than it's designed to go if you pushed the brake pedal all the way to the floor. Why did you bleed the brake fluid ..for maintenance or to fix a problem? Also, the brakes are vacuum assisted from engine vacuum...is the master cylinder's vacuum hose connected?

May still be air in line(s). Bleed again using a gravity feed method: How To Gravity Bleed Brakes starting with passenger side rear, then driver rear, then passenger front and finish with driver front.
Make sure the master cylinder's reservoir doesn't go dry at any point..shoud be brake fluid visible in reservoir throughout the bleed process.

Is this an EK? Then the correct way to bleed is RR,LF,LR,RF not the typical furthest to closest. This is from the HSM.

Also when pressing the brake pedal, do it slowly and don't push the pedal all the way to the floor.

Pedal may also be soft if the brake pads are worn out.

You may be surprised how much bleeding it can take to get all the air out of the lines. Every time I have had a soft pedal it was air in the lines and drum brakes needing adjusted.
