So as the title states my gauge cluster And turn signals arent working. I bought this 1990 civic hatchback with a half finished swap and now that it’s all done I’m trying to get all the other little things taken care of. I’ve checked all the fuses and they all seem fine. Any idea what could be causing this? I borrowed another cluster from a friend that was for sure working I got the same result. Any input is appreciated
