Pleaae provide the wiring diagram (or pinout wire colors) of the igniter so I can test my 1995 Accord igniter input and output voltages.
Theres a 10VDC reference signal is provided by the igniter to the ECU. Can you please tell me what pinouts or wires I measure the 10 Volt signal on? Also, what voltage should be seen at the igniter input?

My '95 Accord Symptoms&CEL (D4) readings: My Accord starts and runs fine at idle then at speeds above 45 (sometimes over 60mph seems intermittent) my Accord Check Engine Light (CEL) comes on and engine shuts off. I was able to restart in neutral coasting then proceed on, once again CEL turned on & engine shut down. I towed my car 15 minutes home, leaving engine idling (with A/C on) no CEL turned on. CEL D4 reads 15 however my Dizxy is about 14 months old bought from NAPA. Also normally an igniter failer is a hard fail not intermittent so I think it could be loose solder joints but I can't find a wiring diagram. could this ve dirr in MAP sensor ... I live out on a ranch so lots of fine Colorado dirt.

 

TCM trouble code 15 (i.e., D4 light blinking the code) is different than ECU trouble code 15 (Check Engine Light blinking the code).

Transmission Control Module (TCM) code 15 is an electrical fault in mainshaft speed sensor circuit . Issue can be due to sensor, wiring (open or short in wiring), connector, or TCM.

The unusual part of your problem is the engine shutting down, which is not usually a symptom of TCM code 15.
