Cant find this part, stores have wrong part listed??
I swapped the head on my d16y7 2000 civic for a rebuilt d16y7 head. Putting everything back together now, I can't get the old Coolant/Water Neck off because there's a stripped bolt, i tried drilling it out with a kit i have but no luck.
Here is the part they sell at all the of stores I've seen so far (Notice the big hole on the side)

Machine shop!!!! Looks like a pain. If you still had the head on the bolt you could used vise grips but your waaayyyy passed that now 😂 I would take to machine shop and see what they charge shouldn’t be much I’m thinking....
The broken bolt still looks extractable. Try using a long pin punch pin to make a dimple away from the center, then hold the pin punch at an angle and keep hitting it counter clockwise with a hammer to try to turn the broken bolt out.

I will try all of that tomorrow thanks for the suggestions, but why is the "correct part for my car" not the same one that's on the head? Am I missing something? Pretty confused by that hole in the part.
Forget the Rock Auto crap... get a genuine Honda water neck from your local Honda Dealer. The part number is 19315-P08-010. The hole that you see in the aftermarket part is for an auxiliary fan switch... you could put one in and just leave it unplugged but that would cost more than the difference in cost between the RA water neck and the OE water neck. Incidentally, the bolt part number is 96701-06020-08... you will need two after you extract the damaged bolt in your pic.
thats not the part you need. Try searching coolant water neck outlet flange.
Found this... it’s what you need.

Got it today, i was able to smack it with a rubber mallet and cause the thing to spin until the bolt came loose. All of the honda dealers didn't have that part in stock so I'm glad i was able to get it off! Thanks guys
