My 93 Honda Del Sol Si (1.6 VTEC) stopped running (starter turned the engine over, fuel pump worked, but engine wouldn't light up) back in 2015. My health took a downturn and I stopped trying to get it to work.

Now, the starter won't even work. Power's getting to the instrument cluster, engine fan, turn signals and power windows, and is present at the fuse box under the hood.

What are the possible reasons the starter won't turn the engine over (apart from the obvious "starter's broken")?

 

starter stuck or not getting power.
try bonking it. clean or ad more grounds.
or possible the small ground plug came off it.
