Default How to remove rear side glass - civic coupe

I am trying to get the rear side windows out of a civic, intact if possible, so I can paint it. I have all the interior removed. I spent about an hour with an OLFA blade trying to cut away at the sealant, but I don't think I got more than a 1/4" into the sealant.
Is there a specific blade I need to get this window out?
Would a heat gun help at all? Ice?
When I get a new window, do the window companies generally have the rubber trim or do I need to get that from Honda?
