overheating

Default overheating

my honda accord 96 vtec is heating up. I replace a few parts like water pump, head gasket, radiator with both fans, all sensors and new thermostat. Still having the issue. My fans turn on and off when car is off. The temperature goes up and down sometimes it goes to much up that i have to turn off car so it can cool down. We dont know the issue anymore what should i do?

the only thing you haven't replaced is the fan timer/control unit

first try jumping the fan switch connector on the thermostat housing with the ignition on and see if the fans turn on
