Default Power steering rattle?

Hey guys,
So for a while now my integra has been making a rattling sound when im turning my steering wheel. Its not my axles (have fresh hasports) or anything drivetrain or engine related. It is unaffected by clutch engagement or engine speed. Happens in neutral and in gear, when driving or idling stationary. It happens only when im turning my steering wheel, right when i let go of the wheel the noise stops. It sounds like metal on metal rattling, like something it loose or out of place. So i'm guessing its something related to the power steering, i checked the pump, all the bolts are tight, belt is nice and tight.

The car is a 1998 Integra LS, with a b18c5 conversion. Bone stock.

If you have any idea what this noise could be related to please let me know as i've been trying my best to figure this out but to no avail.
Thanks in advance

pick up a mechanics stethoscope and put it on the steering rack and have someone turn the steering wheel and see if the noise is coming from the rack

if it is, replace the rack

yep and put that stethoscope on the pump as well while someone is turning the wheel. rattling could be the pump gone bad.
