Hello Everyone, I have a 99 ex coupe . I have a check engine light But when I connect a scanner it says cannot communicate , I checked Fuses, I heard if Evap purge solenoid goes bad Your ecu wont be able to communicate right , I disconnected it and tried scanning and it still wouldn’t communicate. Is it possible the Ecu is bad ?
