Looks aftermarket with the large fuse in the line. Do you have an amp or something in the car? Have you traced to see where that line goes? Starter? back of the Alternator?

If it’s aftermarket, its very well done. It comes out of the driver side if the firewall. It looks OEM the way its in there. I would take a picture but I am in bed lol.

Ya there's no oem wire that size coming from the drivers side firewall, could be from a previous stereo install. The wire looks like its running along the cowl, and the plastic loom with the fuse are good signs it's aftermarket.

You wouldn't have a fuse on a ground wire... only the positive side. There is also a ring terminal on the end which would suggest it connects to the positive side of the battery. Clean... yes. OE... nope. I agree with hybridnorth here that it is likely for an aftermarket power amplifier for a booming sound system. Find the other end of the wire... I suggest you start in the trunk close to the seat backs.
