Hey guys, so once in awhile when I'm driving (usually on the freeway) my check engine light will come on and the engine will die, but I can start it back up no problem and there seems to be no issues with the car other than that. When I lift up the carpet to look at the ecu led I'm getting 1 long blink followed by 16 short blinks, then 20 short blinks, then 16 short blinks. To my understanding you should only get 9 short blinks maximum because 1 long blink = 10, anyone have an idea what the deal with the ecu code might be?

if the 16 and 20 repeat over and over I would think it is code 16 and 20, and time to get out the service manual and run the troubleshooting steps in there...or hire a mechanic to do that for you.
