i was driving my crx and it stalled while coming to a stop so i crunk it up and kept going but it did it again when i stopped at a stop sign no it wont start at all i did some research and have now replaced the dizzy and main relay and getting codes 9 and 20 what should my next step be im a mechanic but this has me stumped

 

usually its something in the distributor. especially when its hot, the rotor will melt and slip, or its the ignitor gone bad.

but you replaced that.

the fuel pump is priming?

checked spark for sure? all 4?

engine is turning over? crunk? lol

 

I had a similar problem just recently but didnt get codes so this mite not be your issue but after checking for fule, spark, compression my problem turned out to be that the belt or dizzy slipped and jumped timing. New dizzy and taking off the belt and re aligning the timing fixed my problem. At first I had no spark after I had spark it would just crank and crank and crank. Couple easy things to check. Does the fule pump prime? The main relay makes a nosie. Is there spark? Is fule going to the injectors? The fule rail comes out easy, you can unbolt it get empty water bottles put them over the injectors and crank the car if they spray it's not fule related. If your dizzy sparks. Its ether compression (unlikely) or timing has jumped and I'd take off the valve cover and check the valves are in tact. Hope you figure it out. Maybe check what the codes are for online?
