I started my accord wagon, headed out of town, came in while it was warming up, and heard a loud squeel and growling sound. the starter reengaged on it's own. I was in the house. Can any one tell me why? Reading my maint. manual I see a "starter-cutoff relay". Whata's it's function and am I correct in suspecting it ???
