So replaced the front wheel bearings and hub, got everything pushed on by a dealer, car back on the ground no axles or motor still in it and spun the wheel while on the vehicle felt normal, no wobble or anything, so I put the car back down rolled it out of the garage and into the center of the garage for paint, lifted it back up and now the wheel is wobbly as hell. Was I supposed to put the axles back in right away and torqued down or are the bearings just done?
On most Hondas, the wheel bearing consists of two races, an inner and outer, there are ball bearings inside as you probably know and there are a set of seals and some sort of retaining hardware but nothing major. The bearing itself is not load ready in design at least not on its own so think of the bearing assembly as a set of races, not just a "wheelbearing". The outer race gets pressed into the knuckle so those two are connected as a whole. The hub flange gets pressed into the inner race of the bearing. As "ross2004" stated, the axle and its properly torqued axle nut are what provide proper bearing load and clamp the two races together. Here is an illustration:
