Hi, I am new to the Honda Tech forum. I have a 2000 Accord and the electrical cluster which controls the A/C blinks/shorts out. sometimes it works, most times it doesn't. I have performed a circuit check with the fuses and electrical connection. The fan motor blows but when none of the light are illuminated, there is no air condition. Suggestions anyone?

 

over time, the solder joints wear out and it needs to be resoldered or just pick up another from the junkyard
