Help! 1999 Crv Jerking issue

So for some reason my car jerks really bad when i drive at 50-60mph. Its only when i turn my a/c on! i changed both idle air control valves and did all the belts. It's not the transmission because it drives perfectly fine with the AC off.
any ideas what could cause this? anyone else have this problem???

sounds like the AC clutch kicking in and out

Yup. AC compressor/clutch are failing.

so i changed my a/c compressor and it still jerks but now at lower speeds but not as bad as before. im pulling my hair out on this one!

Still only when ac is on? What brand compressor did you get and who installed it?

denso compressor, my mechanic installed it. also my oil pressure light flashes when i press the brakes and come to a complete stop.
i checked the oil level and its fine. is the oil pump connected to the belts? is that whats giving me that jerking oil pump maybe?
i recently changed the oil to 5w-30 mobil 1 extended performance would that cause to flash?

Does it still only jerk when ac is on?

Did said mechanic also replace the condenser, dryer, and flush the system? Once a compressor fails it will contaminate the system. If all of this is not done at the same time, that contamination can cause the new compressor to fail almost immediately.

Oil pump and type of oil will not cause this.
