Seems like iam missing some plugs for instance I have the green plug for alternator but dont see the wire that uses the nut next to green plug. Also dont see the wire for the starter that uses the nut iam guessing I need to run a charge wire from fuse box to starter or battery same for alternator. Somebody steer me in the right direction.

 

Yes you'll have to make a seperate charge harness.
