Default 2005 cr-v rear bearing

Is there somewhere other than a dealer to obtain a bearing for a 2005 Japanese model CR-V?

By "Japanese model CR-V" do you mean the vehicle is built in Japan and sold in another country, or do you mean it's a vehicle that was purchased in Japan? I'm sure you can source the part from a number of places, the question is just what part is it? If you can nail down the actual Honda part number you can easily search Ebay, Amazon, or just Google to see if you can locate a legitimate Honda part, or you could possibly try using an Interchange on an aftermarket parts supplier's web page to see if Dorman, Moog, etc... make a direct replacement for your wheel bearing. The first step is nailing down the actual Honda part number for the part you're looking for though.
