Default 2001 Honda Accord 2.3 Head gasket change and getting steady flow of coolant in my oil

Thanks in advance everyone. This is my first time posting usually can find what I need by google but this thing has got me crazy....

So I bought this 2001 accord with the 2.3 4 cylinder.... head gasket bad so I got it cheap.
Got a used head and took it to the machine shop had it leveled and put it on the car. The car ran great and after 25 miles or so I changed the oil and it was milky thought is was just residue from coolant being in the oil before the head change. So I ran it for another 30 miles then noticed oil level had doubled!!!! So I drained the oil and let it set. Noticed coolant started dripping out of oil pan. So I did a coolant pressure check and of course coolant is pouring out of the oil pan with pressure on it. So do you think the block is bad or I did something wrong on the head install...
i took the head back to machine shop and they said the surface was off by .004 could that cause it???? Thanks again. Wow that was long

compression test to see if the head is sealing

if compression is good, probably a cracked block

if the head is off, first take it to a machine shop and have them check for a crack in the head, they will pressure test it

Well just an update if anyone comes across this in the future your block is probably cracked!!! I filled up the water jackets overnight and it leaked down about 1/2 inch out of the oil pan. That’s a big crack with no pressure!!!
