Default 2007 Honda Civic AC Not Working

I have a 2007 Honda Civic EX Coupe. Whenever I turn on the AC, it sounds
like the compressor is trying to come on, but doesn't. It keeps turning on then
turning off. Then every few minutes, you can hear a huge spike of electricity
that disappears before I can find it.

I tried putting refrigerant in it, but obviously that didn't work. The pressure
gauge on the refrigerant basically said that it's not detecting any pressure,
which makes sense since the compressor doesn't completely turn on I
guess. Anyways, I tried switching the relay for the clutch, but that didn't help.
I'm a complete car novice and I don't know anything about car repairs. But I
want to try to fix this myself.

Basically, when I turn on the AC, air comes out of the vents, but it is not cold at all.

My thoughts are, it's either the low pressure switch, or something else? I
don't know. Please help me figure this out. It is very hot and I definitely need
the AC to work.
