Icon4 Intake Air Bypass Control Thermal Valve & codes P0507 P2279

I can't for the life of me find any vacuum leaks on any hoses or around throttle body, intake, EGR inspection cover, or brake booster hose. I didn't detect any around the PCV Valve or hose either, but I replaced both with factory Honda parts. I replaced the starter, positive battery cable/starter sub harness, knock sensor, intake gasket, throttle body gasket, cleaned IACV. I did not replace gasket for EGR inspection cover, but can't detect leaks around it either. Bled the coolant system of air using spill free funnel, on an incline with car facing uphill, so no air in the system either. I have been researching because I can't get rid of these codes no matter how many times I clear and relearn the ECM. I checked for vacuum leaks with carb cleaner and propane.

I came across something that may have to do with it. Looks like this is basically a newer version of a FITV

Helms manual lists it as: Intake Air Bypass Control Thermal Valve and also referred to as an Air Assist Valve

Any feedback on this? I came across a little information on an RSX forum in a google search, that this valve could be damaged while removing the hose that goes from this valve to the middle of the front of the intake, or that this valve could be stuck open causing a vacuum leak/false reading.
