where is my OBD2 PORT?

I HAVE A 1999, ACCORD 1850CC.

I cant find the OBD 2 port anywhere. Ive looked under the dash, LH side and Rh. Under ashtray...run out of locations? Help?

Tried everywhere can only conclude I dont have one?

You most likely do not have an OBD-II port.
