IS there a way to pull the eingine codes w/o an OBD II reader on a 2003 Accord? I know I can do this on my Jeep, but cannot seem to find out how to with the Honda. I searched, to no avail.

I think the method is to jumper pin 8 to pin 13 of the OBD2 connector.
I've never done it myself because the flash codes seem to lead people astray when it comes from an OBD2 car.
You'll get much clearer info from having the code read at a local parts store.
