It will bolt on. But it will also hurt performance. The intake ports are MUCH smaller on the B18A head than the B20 (or B18B) head.

Anyone know if the intake ports on the b18a head are smaller or larger then the ones on the b20?

they might be a little smaller but i would not try to make them bigger for fear of hurting intake airflow velocity(volume goes up pressure goes down). The combustion chambers are smaller on the b18a/b heads because the b20 has a bigger bore size. The smaller size will increase compression a small ammount.

Then the down fall in performance would be minimal?

I think the head on the CRV is the same as the LS. Even the quench area is the same(81mm).

if you have the b20 head on the b20 block then leave it alone. like the guy said above, the ports are smaller and it will hurt your performance.

A B20 HEAD AND A B18 HEAD....THE SAME THING!!!

i know from experince, B/C i have ONE!!!

the only difference is that on the b20 camshaft, i belive it has something like .003 higher lift on the intake cam...which wont make any difference so dont mess with it...however you should look into getting retainers and valve springs, the b20 valves have a tendency to float at higher rpm's, which for a b20 is something like 6,800rpm...i have crowers on my b20 (retainers and valve springs) and its SHWAAEEEETTTTT
