2009 Honda Civic Rattle Noise
It all started when I had to change my oil pan because dummy me stripped the plug and I didn't feel like filling my pan with metal shavings. So after an entire day of removing everything and putting it all back together, I go to start the car and there is this horrible rattle coming from the belt area which got worse whenever you put it into gear, turn, or turn the a.c. on. I started by changing the belt tensioner, and that made improvements, but the noise was still there. I changed the belt, same noise, no change. I took the belt off and ran the motor and it was a HUGE improvement, but if you rev it to 4,000, the noise still exists, it is just barely noticeable. I feel like this car is always fighting me, but I figure there's probably something right in front of me I'm just not seeing. Also, the car drives the exact same, and acts the same, just the addition of an annoying noise.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.

I took off the exhaust, the whole system after the manifold. I then drained the oil and took off the filter. Next I took off the belt and took off the A.C. compressor and a mounting piece for it. Then I put a jack and a block of wood under the pan and took off the rear most motor mount which is connected to the pan. I then let the jack down and took off a little black cover plate where the motor connects to transmission. I then removed all the bolts holding the pan on, and I hammered a screwdriver in between the pan and block on the passenger side and pooped the pan off. I didn't touch anything inside the motor. I took the new pan and put a new oil filter fitting into it, then I put gasket maker onto it. I struggled getting it on, it didn't slide right on, but I finally got it in. I put all the screws in and tightened them in no particular order. I snapped one of them because I was tightening it with a torque wrench and thought "man, this feels like way more than 10ft lbs", then it snapped. I filled the hole with silicone, and it hasn't leaked oil. After I got all the bolts in, I put the black cover back on and lifted it from the pan to put the motor mount back on. I then continued to put the a.c. compressor mount and a.c. compressor back on. Then it took me like 30 minutes to put the belt on because I didn't have a 19mm socket, and the wrench would hit a motor mount before it went far enough to slide it over the a.c. compressor. I finally got that, then I put a new filter on, new oil, checked to make sure the drain plug was tight, and started it. That's where the noise started. So I ordered a belt tensioner thinking that was it, and after a week of driving with the rattle the part arrived. I changed it, and the noise got better, but still existed. Changed the belt for fun and no change.
Update: I tightened the entire exhaust system. No change. But I took a 2 foot rod and put it on everything to listen, and everything was at the very least smooth and not vibrating, except the a.c. compressor. When I put the rod on it, the rod shakes and vibrates against it, where even if I put the rod against the exhaust or block itself, no shaking or vibrating. Could something in the A.C. compressor possibly be my issue?
