As Honda is not willing to sell AC valves, and mine is leaking, I need to source it elsewhere. Of course I could buy a kit and throw away the wrong sizes, but first I wanted to try buying just the right size.
Can anyone point me at the correct valve for my vehicle: 2006 Pilot?

 

I say just buy the hoses. You're going to have to evac your system anyways. A lot easier to install in my opinion as well. You get a new valve and new hoses/pipes too, win-win.

 

I am at the point of not being able to afford $100+ for each hose so this has to be a valve replacement.

 

I can measure my 02 civic for you, my assumption is that they're universal, all 3 of my cars and my mom's corolla use the same size valves.

 

If you could post a pic of it next to a ruler of caliper, would be great.

 

...It occurs to me that you could measure your valves just as easily as I could measure mine... Do you not have a caliper? My valves are still IN the car, so I would only be able to get you width of the orfice.
