I have 2003 honda accord ex. I replaced expansion valve and drier. I put proper charge per sticker on car. The a/c takes 20 minutes before getting cold. Once it gets cold, it is cold. I have cleaned evaporator when changing expansion valve. I clean condensor regularly to help air flow. The condensor fan is coming on . This is texas and i am dying here.

 

do both fans come on when the ac is turned on or just the driver side fan ?
