Default Half of cluster light is out and no dash lights

I have an 03 ep3. Recently half of the cluster lights stopped working. The lights for my climate control also doesn't't come on either. I have check all fuses and replaced fuses just in case, I've checked and replaced bulbs in the cluster but still nothing is working. The dimmer switch was also checked. I have done a search but didn't find much. Please help. Thanks.

Try a different cluster? That would rule out cluster wiring shorts.

Thanks for the reply. I have since fixed the issue. Something must have happened when the previous owner installed a radio and messed up the dimmer. Basically jump the wire from pin 6 (dimmer) of the green plug to pin 11 (ground) and fixed the problem. I now have lights on my cluster and the dash.
