Engine oil capacity online says 5.4 quarts now. Used to be around 4.5 quarts. Anybody else notice this?

My point is, why did Honda change the oil capacity specs online? Every time I change my oil I would have to put at least 5 quarts of oil to bring it up to a normal level on the dipstick.

how is my information wrong? Correct me if I'm wrong. My owners manual shows 4.4 quarts with filter.

 

The oil capacity did not change for 2013-2017 4 cylinders. It is still 4.4 quarts.

Im unsure about 2018.

but it takes more than 4.4 quarts...takes 5 quarts at least.
