95 accord that I can`the find PGM-FI main relay. I have factory manual that says it is in one of three places. 1-Dash to left side of climate control system 2- below climate control system left side upper part of center console. 3- left side of cowl [?.?]. I have looked in all three locations after taking all of it apart, and under dash, and in both fuse boxes. Can anyone tell me where it really is?
Is there a separate fuel pump relay. I find no mention of one but I am open to all possibilities.

 

Main relay(which is also the fuel pump relay, its two relays in one) is located under the dash basically above where the accelerator pedal is. It is a rectangular box, usually gray or black in color, with a brick red bottom . If In its original location it is mounted above the accelerator pedal behind the dash, mounted to a bracket. Should be able to see it fairly easily. Has a four wire flat connector plugged into it.
