Default Disable 2009 Civic Alarm?

I have a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid. The alarm keeps going off randomly, including in the middle of the night. Neighbors are pretty displeased. I got a new battery and cleaned out the hood latch but the issue continues. My dealer claimed (over the phone) that disabling the alarm was not a service they offered. Anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to straight up disable the alarm, to lock without setting it, or how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

You can't easily disable the security system without affecting other electrical circuits, as the security system is part of the car's multiplex integrated control unit (MICU).

The security system monitors the following signals:
  • Door Lock **** Switches
  • Door Switches
  • Security Hood Switch
  • Trunk Latch Switch
  • Ignition Key Switch
  • Audio Unit/Navigation Unit
Usually, the dealer can use HDS (Honda Diagnostic System) to check the history data of the security system to see which sensor/switch was actuated or not.
