Race 280Zx
Tell me something what would be my chances with a 2001SH against a 280ZX DATSUN lol...My friend wants to race and put money on it. He doesn't even have the car but has plans on hooking it up. If he does mild mods, what would be the end result? Thanks

Datsun 280ZX: 0-60: 9.4
1/4 Mile: 16.9
Datsun 280ZX Turbo: 0-60: 7.3
1/4 Mile: 15.7
Honda Prelude SH: 0-60: 7.7
1/4 Mile: 15.5
If the 280ZX has turbo, it should be a good race depending on the drivers. If the 280ZX has no turbo, do the math.
IMO, the SH should win unless the condition on the 280ZX is healthy.

i have a 73 240z with a 78 280 motor and tranny. shaved head, mild cam, 6-2-1 header, and full 3 inch exhaust. with 15'' rims and 205's on it, it pulled 14.7-14.9's. oh yea, it has the posi rearend out of the 240z
