you will need to run a compression test to see if any of the cylinders are bad, they may have hydrolocked

Pull the spark plugs out and try to turn it over again. If it is full of water... you have the definition of "hydro-locked". Your cylinder walls are rusting as I type... get that moisture out right away and then see where you are with the engine. Chances are good that rotating and moving parts are bent... connecting rods and valves are the most susceptible. A compression test as mentioned above is a start. Good luck.

what he said^ and do not try to start it anymore. Possible quick fix is to do an oul change. That will remove most of the water. Might be able to still use it, but you may have just ruined your k20 man...cold air intake does not mix well with puddles/heavy rain. I have seen both outcomes from this. I have seen hydrolocked = engine is done = bent rods bent valves all bad. I have also seen this fixed by draining the oil immediately and taking out as much water as possible from the spark plug holes. Worth a try. Sorry about your k :/
