Can you use a b16a2 crank sensor on a B20B LS VTEC?

If the mounting points are the same and you have the star shaped crank timing gear, cause theres 2! one is just the gear teeth and other that has the star around the gear is for the crank signal pick up. and it plugs to the harness your using yes! most B series parts are interchangeable.
