Default Specially constructed vehicles and titles

If I have a 2000 Civic with an engine from a 2003 Accord, suspension from a 1995 Integra, and a body kit, could this be registered as a specially constructed vehicle?

Why wouldn't you just register it as a 2000 Civic ???

Years ago, vehicle inspections were discontinued. Deep down we all know that they are going to come back, but will be worse than before. So, I’m trying to stay a step ahead and see this as a plausible solution to a potential issue, even though right now it’s legal in MS to have any engine the same model or newer in our cars.

No, it wouldn’t.

Specially constructed vehicles are custom fabricated and not really original to a manufacturer.

But check your state laws for an actual definition.

Typically, that’s the case. Since I’m using parts from several cars, it could be worth a shot.

I need to talk to that officer whose car I worked on the other day, I guess.
