Icon4 Head Studs

Hello everyone!
I have a B18A1 with a P72-1 head. I need to know if these ARP Main Studs (B18A1/B1) Password JDM are going to work for it. I understand that it says that it fits my block. But with the different head will that effect it in anyway?
Thanks for your help

If you have a GSR head you'll need GSR head studs. I believe the two center studs on the b18b1 head are longer than the other 8.

Okay cool. Another thing what about the head gasket? Are they all practically the same thing for the b-series? Or do they differ when you have different heads?

And with the head studs. The URL that I posted states that it fits both an A1 and a B1. So I could only assume that they don't differ for the bolts? Unless its because of the head that makes them different for each application.

It makes no difference which VTEC head you choose to use in your LS/Vtec or CRVtec application, but since the "deck height" of a GSR or ITR engine is very similar to that of a B18A/B or B20B/Z, you would use the GSR/ITR head stud kit for the proper performance. If you use the shorter B16A stud set, you will not grab enough threads deep down inside the block and thread failure will occur.

The B18A/B head stud kits are designed for use with a non-vtec cylinder head combined with the taller 1.8L block. These WILL NOT work with your block and head combination.
