Default Coolant bleed valve in 2002 Honda Civic EX

Is there a coolant bleed valve in the 02 Honda Civic EX w/1.7L engine? Or do I bleed air from the coolant system by slightly loosening the coolant temp sensor?

No, and no.

Fill the radiator, set the cap on (do not tighten it), start the engine and let it run until the radiator fan cycles a couple times. Recheck the coolant level afterwards.

Or buy something like a Lisle 24680 spill-free funnel. Makes it even easier.

Honestly, ever since I bought one years ago... its been one of the most used "tools" (I use the term lightly, because its really just a funnel setup) in my garage.
