I was trying to get the paint code information for my Integra, but my door jam tags do not look like what I normally see on google searches. The exterior paint information is missing. I am pretty sure it is frost white, but I do not know what type of frost white it is.
Has anyone seen this before? Any help would be appreciated.
I put the VIN into Acurazines decoder and it came back as a 1997 Integra RS, meaning that the color is frost white (color code NH538).
I figured it was frost white as well, however, I have been told that there are different "types" of frost whites. You can usually find the letter type (eg. Type A, Type B, etc) after the paint code on the door jam tag. When googling pictures of other peoples door jams tags, it'll give the paint code and a letter following right after it, which is the type of frost white you need to get.
For some reason, my door jam tag(s) do not look like everyone elses; it is missing the exterior paint information. The door jam tag(s) don't seem to have been altered in any way, so I am confused as to why it is missing it. I wonder if any other Integra owners have door jam tags similar to mine
