Icon5 No washer on axle?

Under the spindle nut on the rear is a large washer with a tang.

Not on the front?
I realize the spindle does not spin, and the axle does. Is that why?

So there's not suppose to be one on the front axle between the hub and the 32mm nut?
.

Correct. No washer up front.

Huh, I had no idea about aligning the rotor to the marked stud.

I think that's just so the two screws that attach the rotor to the hub will match the holes.
