Default 1998 honda accord problem

Good day gentlemen... I am in need of your great minds and perhaps your patience.😁 I have a 1998 honda accord that i am currently experiencing some problems.
problems:
- hesitation really bad (scares the heck out of me when overtaking)
- misfiring at acceleration
- no power during climbs
- bad fuel mileage 5km per liter😖😖😖
- i have a cracked fuel pump housing @ the high pressure area (devcon it while waiting for the replacement.)

What i have done so far:
- replaced ect
- cleaned throttle body
- recalibrate TPS
- checked MAP
- replaced fan thermo switch
- oil level good
- signs of oil leakage not severe😟

I have dropped test my cylinders
- cylinder 1- not so significant change in rpm
- cylinder 2- stall engine (meaning: engine dies)
- cylinder 3 - not so significant change in rpm
- cylinder 4 - not so significant change in rpm

Sparkplugs are khaki/ light brown in color on all
cylinders. No oil or wetness
A little arcing on the HT wires when doing the spray mist method.
I have disabled my vacuum line towards the fuel pressure regulator ( seemed to improve engine activity a little bit)

- I do not have an egr valve...there is block plate in place.

- There is no CEL and tried jumping DLC the check engine light turned on but not blinking.

I am in my wits end....... Help would be very appreciated.
