91 CRX running Hondata S300 v3 P28 with OBD1 conversion wiring harness, B18C1 engine. Just recently started having this CEL flashing when I first turn the key "on", but it goes away once the car is started. It stays on for a second, then flashes 7 times. Am I correct that this is code 7 for TPS sensor?

When I get into Smanager it is not showing any codes, and my TPS is reading just fine. The only thing I can think of is that I recently removed a ground wire that the previous owner had spliced into the TPS wire before the ecu, that was causing my TPS not to read properly. Any thoughts on what could be causing this and why it is not showing me the error code?
