you can pull another one from the junkyard or at the least you can use some 3m silicone paste in the existing channel to help the window slide through it better

I got mine moving smoothly about 3 years ago by cleaning as much of the grime out of the run channel at the top as possible, and then lubricating the channel with a product called Ballistol, which is a brand I have trusted for a long time. I know how to take the door panel off, but I just hit the upper part with a little Ballistol and then rolled the window up and down a few times and then applied some more until it started rolling smoothly. No problems since. If you have other problems, such as a failing window regulator, no amount of lubricating will help.

If I have this car much longer, I might end up replacing the run channel, but it's not a job I look forward to.

Thanks for sharing comments and Ideas, really appreciated all for time & concerns. based on experiment hints and findings through exchanged posts, I made followings and found the outturn useful, hence I would like to list them below, may the practice being helpful for others, hope so. :
1- I removed window glasses of the Front right door & 2 rear L&R doors , out of their guiding channels after lowering down the glasses,
2- Removed the Guide Channels out of their doors frames and cleaned them thoroughly with detergents & wiped them out.
3- detached the window regulators and applied with grease on its rails , checked for operation of power motors, & their Gear compartment for proper smooth moving , also applied grease on the regulator moving joints.
4- Applied the inner grooves of the guides channels with Silicone Grease with a suitable brush & sweeped the entire passage of the glass & then returned the channels into their running supports .
5- Placed the glasses in the guides & adjusted them & checked them for aligned movement.
By the way One of Rear Windows' Power Motor was not operating due to gnawed its Carbon brushes , I changed it and checked for proper operation & installed it back to its place.
At the end I could enjoy soft & smooth rolling up& downs movement in the all doors successfully.
Thanks for all received comment. hope above would be useful for others as well.
