PLEASE HELP HONDA BOYS!!
Alright. I have a 93’ civic ex 1.6.
Cut it to the chase. I’m having bogging down issues and the car wants to die while I drive it. I have to push the peddle in a certain spot to get it driavable (doesn’t work for more than 3-4 blocks) and my rpm meter goes nuts all over the place. This issue happened about a week after I took the muffler off to sound like a cool rice cup tuner. I have an aftermarket CAI on it of course.
it Also takes for ever to turn over and start. Hella try’s and I’m having to stab the gas pedal a lot. Eventually I smell gas and it starts. ADD IN* I changed the spark plugs from bisch plats to NGK OE. Still same issue.
Anyways to solve this issue. I need to get to work man. Thanks ahead of time.

With your RPM gauge going haywire it sounds more like something grounding out in your harness. How long have you driven the car and it worked fine before doing the exhaust work?

everything was was fine before the exhaust came off. Made me think it’s an airflow problem. FOUNDOUT RHE ORHER DAY THAT IF I SORAY START FLUID INTO THE ENGINE FROM THE INTAKE HOLE IT STARTS RIGHT UP.
