Icon5 01 integra GS-R dies when I hit the accelerater

Hey guys there's something odd going on with my Integra. So when I hit the accelerator when I'm parked or if I'm just starting to go into first or second gear it kills the car. Or it won't let me accelerate at all or if it does its weak and struggling jumping up in Rpms. If I'm driving at low Speeds it will start to buck unless I speed up. The only time I have no issues is when I'm cruising at speeds above 30 mph. Now this happens once in a blue moon too. I've noticed that if it rains the day prior or the same day that's when it starts acting like this. Another thing I noticed is it happens around the time i fill up with gas. But who knows, these are just some things that came into mind as i'm trying to figure out what is actually going on here. Anyone else have something similar happen to them? I would greatly appreciate anyone's input .
Thank you.

Check your throttle cable. I have the same issue currently Bc my engine came with a different manifold without the throttle body cable bracket that’s hold the cable to the manifold in place, Once i find a gsr bracket to mount the cable I’m understanding that will stop the same problem that i am having

Hm interesting. I'll have a look when I get out of work. What exactly should I be looking for when inspecting the cable?
