Default Brake lights don't work on Honda 2007 CRV

Hi All,
I got a trailer hitch put in last week, so I could tow a small trailer to move my nephew from Ottawa to Toronto. Bought the harness from U-haul, and they put it in (after my brother tried to put it in without success). After the move, the harness was unplugged from trailer, and was put in with the spare tire, though other end is still attached to CRV under the hatch panel. Now, brake lights on CRV don't work. The 3rd brake light at top is working, it's the two brake lights on either side. So wondering what's wrong/how to fix. Fuse? Bulbs? Any help would be appreciated.

Jean

Check the wiring where U-haul tapped into the brake light wiring.

It wouldn't be due to the fuse, as your high mount brake light works.
