Default Limp mode?

So i have a 95 Honda civic with a D15B7 engine. The problem i am having is that when i accelerate, at the higher RPM's it starts to jerk and this happens in every gear. In first gear at 15 mph in 2nd at 30 in 3rd at 50 4th at 65mph and in 5th gear at 80mph. It is throwing a ckp sensor code and i have already switched it. Did a full tune up on it as well. Spark plugs spark plug cables, new oil, new Fuel Filter, and new air filter. The engine has been timed and it still happens.

coils and connections in distributor have also been cleaned. Rusted parts swapped out as well.

any ideas?

Remove the ECU (disconnect battery first) and measure resistance of the distributor sensors at the ECU plugs, that is starting from the ECU end of the wires. This tests the car wiring as well.

If any code is being set in the ECU, especially a distributor sensor code, do not expect the car to run properly.
